The data flood is real. You can either harness it to make sharper decisions—or drown in dashboards, noise, and indecision.

In this episode of the Prompt and Practical podcast, Ryan from AI for B2B Marketers breaks down the concept of decision intelligence where data, AI, and human insight converge to drive meaningful marketing impact.

While most teams are busy collecting more data, Ryan argues that the real value lies in knowing how to use it. What matters isn’t volume. It’s clarity. It’s knowing what questions to ask. And it’s building the discipline to act on what matters.

This episode is a must-listen for B2B marketers serious about making better calls—whether you're using AI for segmentation, campaign strategy, or customer insights.

🗞️ AI News You Can Use!

5 stories shaping the future of AI and what they mean for your business.

1. OpenAI launches AI Agent that can complete tasks
OpenAI rolled out a new “Agent” mode inside ChatGPT that can do things for you — like search for flights, summarize your inbox, or fill out web forms. It’s powered by OpenAI’s own tools (memory, Code Interpreter, function calling) and is being tested with a handful of paid users. This is OpenAI’s biggest move yet toward a future where ChatGPT moves beyond answering questions and actually completes work.

2. Delta uses AI to set prices per traveler
Delta is rolling out an AI-driven pricing engine that adjusts ticket prices and fees in real time based on what it predicts each individual traveler is willing to pay. Trained on over 100,000 variables per flight, the system fine-tunes pricing at an individual level, raising fresh questions about fairness and transparency in airfare. One seat, multiple prices — depending on who’s looking.

3. Gates Foundation and Ballmer Group launch $1B AI fund for public sector
A coalition led by the Gates Foundation and Ballmer Group is committing $1 billion over 15 years to build AI tools for frontline workers, including public defenders, parole officers, and social workers. The new entity, NextLadder Ventures, will back nonprofits and startups developing tech to support people in high-stakes roles with limited resources.

4. DuckDuckGo lets users block AI-generated images
DuckDuckGo launched a new browser feature that filters out AI-generated images from search results. The toggle, called “AI-generated images,” appears under image search filters and removes content flagged as synthetic — including stock-style renders and AI art. It’s the latest response to growing user backlash against “AI slop”.

5. OpenAI launches Study Mode in ChatGPT OpenAI announced Tuesday the launch of Study Mode, a new feature within ChatGPT that aims to help students develop their own critical thinking skills, rather than simply obtain answers to questions. With Study Mode enabled, ChatGPT will ask users questions to test their understanding and, in some cases, refuse to offer direct answers unless students engage with the material.
